艾洛克将军是天堂之星上最后一个未被人类入侵者摧毁的龙族基地第9区的指挥官，第9区位于一个闭合的超空间内，同时也是这次战争中所有龙族幸存者的避难所。艾洛克将军还是一位天才科学家，他为银河号设计了新的超时空引擎，银河号在第9区修复并改造后直接攻陷了侵略者的大本营。
