从去年十月份开始我发现我的精神不太对劲，偶尔会非常突然地、毫无征兆地心里感到非常非常悲伤，无论是在干嘛，甚至走在路上都会莫名其妙发作，严重的时候还会止不住地掉眼泪，一掉就是好几十分钟。近段时间超高强度工作和接受老登PUA导致这种情况出现得越来越频繁。咨询了学心理的朋友，怀疑是双向情感障碍，朋友还很震惊“你平时这么大大咧咧神经这么大条都会有心理问题吗？”
好兄弟们一定都要健健康康的，无论身体还是心理，我爱你们。
